Long time Taft resident Wesley Ray Furrh was born on December 3, 1948 in Rubottom Oklahoma and died on May 8, 2018 in Bakersfield, California.
Wesley is survived by the love of his life, Brenda. His best friend and faithful four-legged companion, Buddy. His children, Wesley Ray Furrh, Jr., Anita Burrows, Lisa Shane Navel, Jeanette Tomlinson, Lori Frazier, 11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. His siblings Everette Furrh and Hazel Hough.
He was an avid Nascar fan who enjoyed having his brother Everett over to watch it with him. He was also a devoted wrestling fan who loyally watched Monday Night Raw with his sister Hazel. Neither would be able to sit still, they would both yell at the TV, ready to jump into the action. A loving husband, father, brother and friend. Wesley will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
