Born on July 15, 1925 in West Virginia to Clarence W. Sprouse and Bertha (Wymer) Sprouse, Bill was the youngest of five siblings. Bill served in the United States Navy for five years as a signal man on a battleship, three of which were during World War II. Bill was a great man loved by so many. Bill was an amazing mentor, a loving father to his four daughters and he was a loving husband to his wife of 64 years, Evelyn Sprouse. He was also a loving and caring grandfather to his 14 grandchildren and to his 26 great-grandchildren. He was also blessed to have five great-great-grandbabies. He was preceded in his passing by his parents, Clarence and Bertha Sprouse; his two brothers, Kenny and "Bud"; his two sisters, Helen and Susan; and his two grandsons, Steven Cordova and Michael Deal. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn; his four daughters and their spouses, Bonnie and Tim Maness, Linda and Darrell Smith, Sandy and Dave Parker and Sharron and Tom Knox; his 14 grandchildren and their spouses; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandbabies; also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
