Garratt Wayne Binkley was born on April 13th, 1989 in Bakersfield, California to parents Julie and John Swartsfager. He passed away August 8th, 2025 in Bakersfield, California. He graduated high school from Stockdale High School in Bakersfield. His hobbies included Pokémon Go! And collecting many, many Funko Pops.

He is survived by his loving parents, Julie & John Swartsfager, his half-brother, Avery Binkley, his grandparents, Ron & Dottie Waldrop, John & Linda Swartsfager, Everett & Hope Binkley, aunts and uncles, Jaimie & Kadiah Waldrop, Scotty & Ronda Waldrop, Traver & Claire Swartsfager, Buddy & Teresa Binkley & Keelie Binkley Buck. He is also survived by his many cousins: Cameron, Makayla, Katelyn, Sophia, & Emma Waldrop, Ireland, Easley, Tyler, & Ryker Scherer, Kelsey, Haley, & Lucas Swartsfager, Amanda & Joey Fielding, and Brent & Jonathon Binkley.

Garratt will be terribly missed by all who had the great pleasure of knowing him.
