1944 - 2020

Caroline Long was born on March 1st, 1944 to Dorothy and Carl Ransom in Bakersfield, California. She passed away at her home in Taft on March 2, 2020. Caroline grew up in Bakersfield where she attended BHS and later moved to Taft in 1975. She was married to her husband LeeRoy Long for 45 years and raised her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Dorothy, her husband LeeRoy Long, Steven Carl Long, three Brothers and two Sisters.

Caroline is survived by her children Linda Stockton (Tom), Charles L. Long (Rachel), Carl E Long (Jeanette), Roy Long, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one sister-in-law, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Caroline will be held at Erickson & Brown Funeral Home on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 4:00PM.
