John Artz

A memorial service will be held at Westside Believers Fellowship on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. for John Artz, 48. Pastor Ron Griffith will officiate. John was born in Taft on August 6, 1967 and passed away in Taft on May 17, 2016. He had worked in the petroleum industry as an electrician for 12 years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going to the lake, tinkering on engines and hot rodding. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Doris Artz and Don and Pauline Peter and his niece Kylee Artz. John is survived by his daughter, Chelsea and Casey Harlen; mother, Vicky Stewart; father, Greg and Vivia Artz; sister, Michelle Long; brother, Ryan and Lacy Artz; niece, Crimson; nephew, Jacob; aunts and uncles, Pat and Donnie Soles, Richard Stewart, Dean and Penny Artz, Mike Artz; and many cousins. There are no viewing hours scheduled.
