Ramon Perales

Ramon Perales, 63, of Taft, CA, passed away on September 18, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Ramon was born in Port Lavaca, Texas to the late Remigio and Lucia Bravo Perales. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Rivera Perales; his three children, Cherrae, Alexcia and Ramon II; his three grandchildren, Rylee, Reigen and Davis; his friend and son-in-law, David Mendoza; his three brothers, Ignacio, Peter and Simon; his eleven sisters, Annie, Rebecca, Isabel, Paula, Elisa, Rosa, Rachel, Irma, Lucy,Lolly and Angie. Ramon was a graduate of Taft College, earning a degree in Business Administration. Ramon worked in the oil industry for 35 years. Most recently he was employed by Central Valley Prison in McFarland, CA as a correctional officer. In his short time at Central Valley, Ramon made many friends. Ramon had an energy about him; he could always make you laugh. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, always putting his family first. Ramon was loved by his family and friends and will truly be missed. Ramon will always be in our hearts. We love you, Ramon, Dad, Grampy, friend. A graveside funeral service will be held in the West Side District Cemetery on Thursday, September, 22, 2016, at 11:00 a.m.
