Raymond Colen Brown passed away on December 4, 2015. He was born on July 16, 1929 in Hughes, Arkansas to John and Estella Brown. He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen; his brothers, John Brown and Joe Brown; and his sister, Elzena Brown. He is survived by his daughter, Carol LeClair and her husband, Tom; his son, Richard Brown and his wife, Pam; and his daughter, Mary Harlan and her husband, Darrel. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and his brother, Gordon. He was a member of the Greatest Generation in American history and serving in the US Air Force. Ray was a salesman for many years with AAA and McMahan's Furniture. He loved playing the harmonica and taking long walks. He also enjoyed breakfasts out and driving around remembering old times with his brother, Joe. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Raymond Brown may be made to charity of one's choice. A funeral service will be held in the West Side District Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Viewing will be held on Friday, December 11, 2015, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home.
