Robert Fulfer Obituary

A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the West Side District Cemetery for Robert Wesley Fulfer, 79. Mr. Fulfer was born in Bakersfield on July 17, 1936 and passed away at his home in Pismo Beach on June 22, 2016. There are no visitation hours scheduled.
