Samuel David Clark Jr., 62, of Taft CA, passed away on December 29th, 2020.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel David Clark and Hazel May Young, nine of his sisters; Meridith (Peewee), Mary, Shirley, Sharon, Katheleen, Patsy, Brenda, Billie Jo (Tiny) and Lou.
He is survived by his son Samuel David Clark II, daughter Diana Rae Ballard, his sisters Rocky and Linda (Sissy), his companion Christie, her children Rodney, Jeff, Elisha and Kevin. He also has four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
David was born January 11, 1958 to Samuel David Clark and Hazel May Young. He was the only boy of twelve kids so he could do no wrong in his parents eyes.
David started his career in the oilfield when he was sixteen, he did a variety of jobs from drilling to servicing a well. He took pride in his work and mastered running fishing tools.
He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, barbecuing and spending time with his family. When he was younger, he loved building race cars, he had a natural knack for mechanics and built go carts for his kids.
He will be missed but never forgotten.
