Santo Celestino Gonzalez
February 5, 2002 – May 15, 2023
Santo Celestino Gonzalez was born in Montrose, Colorado. He was the son of Concepcion Gonzalez and Alejandro Celestino and the youngest sibling of eight children: Obdulia, Jilberto, Avelina, Alex, Lidia, Perla, and Elian, and an uncle to eight nieces and nephews: Denice, Cezar, Alyna, Delilah, Cecelia, Adan, Esmée, and Alejandro. Santo then moved to California and resided in Taft for seven years where he graduated from Taft Union High School in 2020 along with his girlfriend Arelie Paz of five years. He grew a very close bond with her family during that time. After graduating high school, Santo worked for the Taft community while pursuing his ultimate goal of becoming an electrician at UEI which he would have graduated this week. Unfortunately, God had other plans but Santo’s memory, smile, and big heart will forever live within us.
Juan 16:22 Lo mismo les pasa a ustedes: Ahora están tristes, pero cuando vuelva a verlos se alegrarán, y nadie les va a quitar esa alegría.
